As she extracts, Thuy tells the client to let her know if he needs a break and cheers him on. Throughout she makes comments about how much, deep, and hard the acne is, which the mom also comments. Thuy checks up on the client since he seems in pain, but is handling it well. She continues to cheer him on, encourages him to withstand the pain, and shows him how large some of the contents are. She wants to get as much out as possible, otherwise it will scar.

She asks if he needs to take a break, and at first it seems he says yes, but with the encouragement of his mom, he says he can keep going for a bit. Thuy cheers him on.

His mom mentions they previously had an appointment, but he wouldn't go. It was only later that his dad saw how bad his skin was getting and scolded him to go.

Thuy mentions his skin is thick and the acne is dense and deep. His mom says his friends/other children around his age also have bad acne. Later his mom complains he won't use medication or face wash, and Thuy explains to him why he should do it, so his acne will be cleared.
