For those saying make a bigger hole, she probably can't. there are often rules about how big of a cut you can make as an esthetician and a bigger hole would require stitches that she is not qualified to perform. And for those saying it will come back without the sack being removed, I am sure she knows this but again is unable to do this safely, either because of the size of the hole or simply not qualified. She is likely draining this for pain/pressure release as well as aesthetic reasons. 

It is likely, from what I have seen on other videos, that the client may not have access to medical care to help with this, hence turning to her. It is certainly not perfect, but the client clearly sees it as better than nothing.

I don’t think a lot of people realize that specialists cost money and aren’t free even though we can watch them for free online. This page is of workers in a spa. Not an actual licensed dermatologist office. The cost of healthcare is probably way more than what a lot of people can afford, and, in turn, they go to spas instead. 

From an outside perspective, it is obviously easy to criticize and comment how they need to get the sack out, or empty all of the contents of a blackhead, or whatever, but those operations cost way more money than regular spa treatment.
