Charlamagne really is ignorant about how the justice system works. Loren is spelling it out to him but he just can't help being his ignorant self. I said this the day the DA of the Southern District gave that press conference indicting Diddy and I maintain it today: unless the feds are going to be introducing more tangible and significantly damning evidence, he will walk. The civil suits have shown us that the witnesses are not credible and his defense attorneys have shown (so far) that they are willing to cast him as a horrible person, even a domestic abuser, but not a s*x trafficker. 8 more weeks to go but it would take something significant to switch things up from here.
